Who we are

ITeVia Solutions, Inc. (“ITeVia”, “we”, “us”) is a data center advisory consulting firm based in the United States. We work with developers, operators and owners across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and South America.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our contact form and our call booking page, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It does not cover information we handle under a signed client engagement, which the engagement agreement governs.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your full name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. When you book a call through our scheduling service, CalendarJet, we collect your name, email, the time you choose, your time zone and anything you add to the booking. If you email or call us, we keep what you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working.

Information from other sources. We may receive your business contact details from a referral, or look up publicly available professional information (such as a company website or LinkedIn profile) when preparing for a call you have requested.

We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not send confidential project documents through the contact form; we will arrange a secure way to exchange them.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and decide with you whether we can help;
  • schedule, prepare for and hold calls you book;
  • keep a record of our conversations in our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • propose, deliver and manage our advisory services;
  • protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising or add you to a mailing list. If we ever offer a newsletter, you will only receive it if you ask for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis for using personal information, we rely on:

  • steps before a contract, when you ask us about our services or book a call;
  • our legitimate interests in running our business, answering enquiries and keeping the website secure, balanced against your rights;
  • your consent, where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time;
  • legal obligations, such as keeping business and tax records.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need. They may use it only to provide their service to us. They include:

  • Website hosting. Our host stores the website, its database and the server logs.
  • Bit CRM. Our CRM keeps a record of enquiries and conversations. It runs inside our own website, so these records are stored in our website database.
  • CalendarJet. Our online scheduling service, which works much like Calendly. When you book a call, CalendarJet collects and stores the details you enter on our behalf. It checks our calendar for availability, adds the meeting to it, and sends booking confirmations and reminders. CalendarJet’s own privacy policy also applies to the booking page.
  • Email and video calls. Our email provider delivers form notifications and our replies. Calls take place on the conferencing service named in the invitation.
  • Google Fonts. The website loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.

We may also share information with our professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants), when the law or a valid legal request requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. It may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies, for example to protect forms against spam. The CalendarJet booking page may also set cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your time zone; CalendarJet’s own policy explains these.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and bookings that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as our legal, tax and contractual obligations require.
  • Server logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, normally no more than a few weeks.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights” below).

How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the website administration, the CRM and our email is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we review them as our tools change.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
  • withdraw consent you have given;
  • take your information to another provider, where it is technically possible.

These rights come from laws such as those of California and other U.S. states, Canada’s PIPEDA, Mexico’s federal data protection law and Brazil’s LGPD. We honor these requests wherever you live, as far as the law allows.

To make a request, email aupatrick@itevia.solutions. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply within the time the applicable law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can ask us to look at it again, or contact the data protection authority where you live.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where the law requires it, we take steps to make sure your information stays protected when it is transferred.

Children

This website is intended for business professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

This website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the tools we use change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
